That's an interesting conversation and it's the apparent reality that's the scary part. There's a lot to consider and it comprises adventure, readiness, preparation, and a strong understanding of the history that gets us to here. Add to that the fact that God who made us, has informed us as to what happens next, especially in what He has planned. If we understand Him, we need not fear, because that's why He has told us of the future. But unless we hold onto His hand to guide us, we will have much to fear. If you want to be better prepared for that conversation with your husband, read the book I recommended to you somewhat recently. It will change the outlook and it will recommend that we spend time on our knees in prayer. See what Mr Pam thinks after that read that pulls in a lot of history as well as prophecy. I recommend studying prophecy too, to get the real story because most of what you've heard about it from so many sources, isn't really what it says. We must let the bible interpret itself, and to provide the interpretive symbols and their biblical meanings for us. It's deep study but well worth it. God's love dispels our earthly tendency to fear.
